CNC Bar fed turning. We can load raw bar stock and allow the machine to feed itself. This results in huge savings since it does not require a separate operation on a saw to cut the bar into individual pieces.

We use Solidworks 2011 and Esprit 2011 for the latest software technolgies to drive our machine code. From solid to code, we use the latest in feature recognition and solids to output code and begin cutting parts in the fastest time possible
All of our programs are stored with digital photos and archived under your part number.

Gear Hobbing & Gear Shaping
We manufacture gears up to 24 inches in diameter - Both Spur & Helical, internal & external, as well as splines. All gear cutting hobs are in stock in American & Metric for quick turnaround.
