Our 5-Axis CMM gives us the ultimate if flexiblity for checking and reverse engineering 3-D parts.
We are able to reverse engineer and check parts in an automated fashion. Automatic Discrepency reports are generated, printed . The reports are coded Green (within tolerance), Yellow(close to the limit), Red (did not conform to tolerance)

We magnify our smaller parts up to 325X and allow the computer to identify features and display their characteristics. In addition to Radius, length etc, we can reverse engineer the part by letting the computer scan along the perimeter of the feature.
Quality Control
Our climate controlled QC room has tooling certified by outside metalurgical companies to be sure our measuring devices are referenced back to the NIST standard.
